- most of the evidence is 2-3 lines flame. they already rejected couple of my own requests for flame including where one excessively flamed my mother.. so what is bannable really ?! so i start a flame request, not even warning is issued. but they warn me on my own votekick abuse request, then on first flame request bann me immediately. this doesnt seem right...

- Any form of votekick abuse. Strange and Beerlord seem to be ok to deny votekick abuse in case when i have flamed.. i dont see this exception in forum.

- they seem to delay 100% clean ban request viewtopic.php?f=8&t=95377

- they processed my ban very very quickly ? do i get preferential treatment here ??

- viewtopic.php?f=24&t=94606&p=376939#p376939 i flame 1 line in all chat, and they can refuse to kick afk?? really ? ? ?

- viewtopic.php?f=24&t=94530&p=374137#p374137 not kicking afk because game is almost over ? LOL in 5v3 i can leave and not get recorded loss. not my problem guy went afk in last minute. do you want me to upload replays with win against megacreep ?

tell me something first. in chat you said this is not reason to excuse other breach of ENT conduct. so why do you excuse votekick abuse simply because i flamed 1 player ?

first replay i agree,

in 2nd one however there were 2 votekick attempts and 2 refused kicks, only the last one is close to end... Attempted to votekick me for no reason (32 min [only depp first time] and 47 min).

as for my KilAzor request .. yes i flamed him hard.. but that was only after he flamed me and got on my nerves... so maybe i should be banned yes, but if he didnt flame me on first place i wouldnt either so i`ll say he deserve the bann too.

same for Bareetcc

surely i will change if you unban me and take my requests more seriously. i`ll maintain that i never started flame first. yes maybe you can find instances in 1 particular game, but often i flamed user who flame me few games ago. and even worse i`ve started reporting them you are not even banning them.

tell me how we can resolve this ? they flame me, i dont flame back, i report them, its minor flame, then i flame and i get banned. if i stop my flame, they still flame me its ok ?

If you think your Ban Request has been reviewed unfairly, post it again and ask for a different moderator than the one who reviewed it.

As for your attitude, I've seen countless games where you immediately start calling the person an idiot and things like that.
It does not matter if they flame you first, dont flame back.
If they flame you a lot, report them, and they will be banned.
