2330 he goes afk near top 3rd tower at jungle. He is killed at 2600, still afk. Spawns, still afk till 2900. Total afk 5.5 minutes.
2921 he steals wisp's ogre axe from his circle and carries it with him. He drops it at fountain at 3310. He kept it for 4 minutes.

Should be banned for afk and item stealing.
