Razzberries decided if he had what he considered to be a "bad" set of skills he would "rage quit instaley" -- which he did.

If player is cocky and game ruiner on purpose, he have to pay for that, why other 9 players, especially 4 from his team must to suffer because of action of single player? This means he can't join and leave games as he wish. From 10 LOD games played, this happens in 2-4 games, long punishment is necessary, not important if 3 days, week, month or even whole year, to keep games playable, those abuses must to stop. If he is not satisfied with his skill draft, he can play AI maps. Who like to play 4v5 from beginning?... I know nothing will be changed if we players don't try to get those changes. Every smart person can abuse holes in the rules/system and that guy is doing that with pleasure.

Leavers are taken care of by the auto ban. Same applies for intentional leavers are well. In their case, the only difference will be how we handle their appeals.

@efko There is no dodging unless you are banned. If you join a game while there is no ban on you, there is nothing wrong.
As far as the link you provided, it's still a suggestion. Can not take it into consideration yet.

The more he leaves, the lower his stay % drops, and the penalties get significantly longer.
