Stifling Dagger	Hurls a dagger which deals minor pure damage and slows the unit's movement speed for a short duration. Notes • Damage type: pure• The projectile can't be dodged by blinking.
Phantom Strike	Teleports to a unit and attacks it. Gains 100% attack speed for 3 seconds while attacking that same target. Maximum of 4 attacks. Notes
Blur	The Phantom Assassin becomes hard to see by blurring her body and disappearing from the minimap when near enemy heroes. Some enemy attacks miss. Notes • Does not stack with evasion from Butterfly.• Mortred gains 80% transparency when a non invisible enemy hero is in a 1600 AoE.• Has a 1.5s delay before the transparency is applied or removed.• Does not trigger from invisible heroes.

Hero Introduction
The Phantom Assassin starts off fairly weak and vulnerable, but can become one of the deadliest assassins of all. Her Daggers can be thrown from a safe distance, dealing minor damage to fell mortally wounded foes, or slow her targets momentarily. She can Phantom Strike to any target, allowing her to be agile and perform quick escapes and/or kills. Mortred passively blends into her surroundings, eventually resembling a Blur, which can easily be unnoticed even by a trained eye, and will always be harder to hit. What sets her apart from the rest is her Coup de Grace, a devastating critical attack that when landed deals up to four times her natural damage.
Background story
Pitted against the very society that condemned her to a life of Undeath, Mortred takes delight in the slaughter of her kindred people. Abandoned during their expeditious retreat in battle, she was left to the mercy of the undead. Her twisted fate was merely a sacrifice to them - a tool in slowing their predators' pursuit. But… the Lich King saw the malevolence and hatred within her. He bestowed upon her an opportunity - a vessel of darkness with which to enact her vengeance. Eternally grateful of his service, Mortred hunts her wretched Night Elf sisters from the shadows, fueled by an insatiable desire to seek justice.
