Entconnect requires the following:
Patch - 1.27a or 1.27b
Java - v7 or higher (recommend installing most recent version available)
Java security settings - make sure you have updated your security settings to allow the following two links

Browser - Firefox ESR (extended support release or internet explorer (some others still work)
*Do note that Firefox v.45, and Chrome v.42 and up do not support java*
If everything is setup proper, visiting the entconnect website will give you a security prompt, and upon excepting that you will see a box turn from yellow to green. From here open your WC3 client and open LAN to see your games.
