Bot spams 10000 lines of text

can't access the replay myself, but when bloodyguy hosted it spammed "INVALID PACKET ACTION BY ****" and cycles through a 4 character code for each user so it shows as:

"INVALID PACKET ACTION BY ****" (red)
"INVALID PACKET ACTION BY ****" (blue)
.
.
.
"INVALID PACKET ACTION BY ****" (red)
etc
10000 times per min
