Rule player violated:
RandyTheRobot5 intentionally ruined the game by using Ezalor's Recall skill to teleport his teammates onto cliffs. He also stated that he would IP dodge any bans coming his way and claims that there were others in the game that shared the same IP.

Durango_Doug, Kenichi, lagerdude, and Qboyq allowed Ezalor to continue ruining the game by not voting to kick him even after realizing what he was doing.



Time of incidents (Note in-game timer or replay timer):
From 9:43 and onward Ezalor Recalls teammates onto cliffs.

During the initial attempt to votekick Ezalor, only teal, purple, and orange vote for kicking Ezalor. In my opinion, this is ok because Scourge didn't know what was happening at the time.

After Ezalor Recalls me up a cliff, I begin the second votekick. Teal, purple, and orange again vote for kicking Ezalor and only gray on Scourge votes yes even after I revealed at around 11:30 that Ezalor was Recalling us up cliffs.

At around 12:00, I tell Scourge that they have another chance and I will report them if they do not vote yes. We start the third votekick, but again only teal, purple, orange, me, and gray vote yes.

A fourth votekick is started, and while it is active I question Axe on why he won't votekick. He answers at 15:00 "because fk yu." Since I thought that wasn't a good enough reason, I got angry and responded in kind.

During the fifth votekick at around 15:15, Ezalor states that he will IP dodge any attempts to ban him.

At 16:00, my team gives up hope and we start to !ff. Since Ezalor and Windrunner do not forfeit, teal and orange leave the game in apparent frustration. Instead of following them, I sit in the game for another 9 minutes or so until it ends in Scourge victory.

At 16:40, Ezalor claims that two members of the Scourge share his IP address and that he wants them to get IP banned as well. He also says that he will continue this behavior by changing his IP and creating new accounts.



Any further thoughts:
It is possible that Kenichi is with RandyTheRobot5 (they are friends or share same IP). At the least, it didn't seem that he minded our misfortune so I think he definitely deserves a ban. As for Durango_Doug, lagerdude, and Qboyq, even though they weren't as vocal as Kenichi was, they still deserve a ban for not voting yes after multiple chances to do so. All of Scourge should also lose the ELO they gained because they clearly do not deserve it. We Sentinel were crushing them for 10 minutes. It is only after Ezalor started Recalling us that the situation reversed entirely.

I hope you will be able to find a way to stop Ezalor from continuing this behavior in the future.

I also want to point out that Durango_Doug's behavior is fishy. He died 4 times in the first 5 minutes, and all of his deaths were very much avoidable. Perhaps you might want to look into whether he is truly a noob or whether he was trying to throw the game. If he was trying to throw the game intentionally, then he should be given additional ban time for that as well.

RandyTheRobot5 banned for 30 days for maliciously using skills to ruin game for over 10 min, item stealing & afk grieving. He has some previous offenses, but nothing like this. Hopefully he will learn not to behave this way on ENT servers.

durango_doug, kenichi, lagerdude, qboyq banned 2 days for not voting for obvious game ruiner. Why else would the enemy team disappear for 10 minutes?

Also, Kenichi voted too late (at 19:00 minutes). By that time, the other team had already ff and a few seconds later 2 players left the game. He had 4 chances to votekick for an obvious game ruiner, but failed to do what is right.
