State when Harbio fed and state where and when "he started stalling" or think he started.

From about 29:00 onward the titan was literally always running away from the builders.

Harbio is a bit weird, he appears unskilled but still throws up walls at very good chokepoints as well as cancels the build animation for walls quickly.
He does a lot of block attempts also. (ex. 12:00, 12:30, 12:38, 14:17,14:26)
The 12:38 might have an effect on the mag death.

There may have also been an attempted tk @ ~17:30 but died to titan nuke.

If you watch Harbio's previous games though he appears to know how to play.
