Ban appeal round 2

Realm: USEast
Situation: IP banned for a user who no longer owns this IP
Why you should be unbanned: I am banned for having the same IP as user "Mustardcheese", this IP is now MY IP and no longer belongs to this user, I would like the IP ban lifted.
I have spent all day arguing about how this is my IP and how 2 people CANNOT have the same IP at the same time, and that ISPs recycle IPs to people on that ISP.
Long story short, I am banned for another users behaviour who I do not know, have never interacted with and will likely never know anything about besides being banned because of them.

Reset your router. Why are you so opposed to using entconnect

Again, I don't have access to my router, I rent a basement apartment and the people who own the house, upstairs, have the router.

Entconnect is a thirdparty application that runs in the background of my computer, for all I know it could contain keyloggers or any amount of things I would rather not interact with.
Flip the question, why are you so opposed to lifting an IP ban? When many people have already said, if the IP belongs to me, it can no longer belong to Mustardcheese, unless of course we are the same person, in which case, you re-ban when/if people complain.
