I believe that's why it's 4x4 is because of what it can do. Maybe tone down the stats, make it 2x2, increase the duration and decrease the cost. Or maybe instead of 20 armor add 10 armor and 300hp?
Woops i meant 2x2. I would consider removing the ability and just making the tower provide a passive +15 armor, and +200 hp to all structures within range? Remove the attack damage? If you make the hp and armor permanent it makes it a larger incentive to take the ice palace. Also it makes the ice palace more unique and not just a Mag version of the Heavy Cannon Tower.
Most games, mag is barely able to get enough gold for wrath. For him to get an additional 135g for the ice palace would be a rare occasion.
Can you consider adding a special tower (1-2) for demo? Early game Demo is a lot of fun, but once he starts getting all his summons/ hp tomes, he becomes extremely boring and dry since he doesn't have a special tower to strive for.

Passive Ability: Whenever this tower attacks, it has a 20% chance to do one of the following random affects: Stun (1 sec), Hex (1 sec), Critical Strike x3, Mana Drain 75, gives titan +3 armor for (5 sec), heals titan 100 hp. I think this would make demo alot of fun.
When Held: same ability but on melee attack.
