Got Banned 14 days because i "abbused a votekick"

Title says it all. I know what i did wrong and i deserve to be banned. I did not know that abusing vote kick leads to a 14 day ban. It makes no sense because leaving a game (with new account) results to a 1 day ban. I think the some admins aren't taking their work seriously. In fact I think they are giving harsh punishments because what i did affected their "friend" most likely. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. If it was a random person than i know i wouldn't get a 14 day ban. But it was a player named "jager." and i Know ive seen him play with admins so i think they are giving him what he wants by giving me such a harsh punishment. Not Fair. This is worse than DotaCash admin abuse.

Your appeal was denied for good reason. It doesn't matter about the player. You initiated and abused votekick, it would have been the same duration for any other user being votekicked, regardless of it was jager. or not.

Anyway in brief,

You fed in-game; You deceived others; You encouraged to abuse; You initiated and vk abused.
You first denied your case saying you did nothing wrong.
Yes, I know jager personally on bnet. Am I bias? not really. My past ban judgements will show you that. I am normally quite lenient compared to some other mods. I know how it is to be banned and I know how much addicting and fun wc3 can be. I try not to overban and take it easy depending on a player's gaming history. If it was a simple vk abuse, ban length would be shorter. So, is your ban duration fair? Considering what you said and did, yes.

Did you really start a votekick for someone you didn't like when someone else was lagging? And now you're complaining because nabo's judgment was unfair?

That is far more serious than regular votekick abuse. Tricking other players into kicking someone against their will is certainly game ruining, and nabo was just treating it as such.

Prove it. This is a false accusation until and unless you substantiate it. Show us a ban request in same or similar circumstances where nabo gives a lighter ban. Can't prove it? Don't pull the mod favoritism card.

As some counter-evidence of my own, here is one of my own bans where I give 14 days for the exact same offense. Many mods do this.

Not true, it's longer for a totally new account due to autobanex. And this is irrelevant; votekicking has nothing to due with leaving.

Clearly user was online and read our responses seeing that he wants to make sarcastic remarks on ban requests. No response + valid ban case against OP.
