you two should know it better ... building delays in the mid of the two lanes is obviously not allowed and that was a ban reason for a long time already. Since the other players were only warned for breaking building rules you will also only be warned this time. Do it again and it will be a rather long ban tho.

Wolfwarrior has been unvouched for 2 days for building behind the lane and pulling level 8. Although, I did pull only 1 round and didn't influence game much, punishment implemented without exception.
