2.Refusing to votekick game ruiner. Game ruin in the form of refusing to listen. Rule page has been changed since I last saw it, but I am certain refusing to listen was listed as an example of game ruining.

2. Refusing to kick a player who is game ruining via refusing to listen. "Funny" how azer0th doesn't even coach his player and abuses votekick then won't even help us out after I coach ours for 15 minutes and he is clearly ruining the game. Absolutely disgusting.

Before you say it was just a case of being new, I am well aware he was new. But note I started coaching as early as

and the votekick wasn't until 17:44. A full 15 minutes of trying to coach him and him ignoring. And as you can see it was all smiles and politeness in the beginning,

though I admit I did lose my temper in some cases but 15 minutes of somebody ignoring you will do that. Here are some examples of when he didn't listen to show my point:

After telling him to move the dock he just built in the wrong spot, he upgraded it into galley instead of moving it. It wasn't until I finally deactivated them FOR him that he moved them at 14:30, a full two ticks of the boats going to the wrong spot. Hopefully I have a civ wars admin because they will know two ticks will completely screw a top swing.

Then he does it AGAIN at 15:24

This time it takes him even LONGER to figure it out while the other mid freely markets top and takes mid. This is despite my telling him to spend gold and upgrade the docks he moved.

--Here is one instance where I lost my temper, now you see why. All said and done it is not until 19:20 which means they are not ready to be spawned until the 20th minute. For those of you keeping track, that is two ticks it took him to move a penteconter the first time and then another 8 ticks to move the other penteconters the second time. That is TEN TICKS to do a simple task that I was pinging and telling him exactly what to do the entire time. I understand he is new but the concept was simple and he would not do it.

Another 40 seconds down the drain. Even after I tell him to tech TO education, he decides to build a dock instead shortly after.

Again lost my temper. But justified in this case because then this happened

Any further thoughts: It is absolutely clear I tried teaching before votekicking. This was not votekick abuse (on my part that is, azer0th clearly abused) and I think I have made that pretty clear with all my examples. Let me know if you need any clarification on anything. I don't care that I ended up winning, this was clear rule breaking and deserves a ban. Thanks for your time.

Stuff like this is a big problem in civ wars.
Old players are expecting new players to listen, ask and take advice.
New players are expecting old players to guide and give tips.
We kinda don't find together....

Anyway, i was about to make ban request on Azeroth too, this game is a good example how he interpretates the rules, always for his best outcome.

Do a request on your game, too, if he broke the rules. The bans will stack.

@ the votekick against orange is abuse of votekick. However, yellow was also on his team and votekicked. both banned

Like you said before, he was actually playing, he wasnt even saving his gold like teal did in most part of the game.

About teal, he was tought whole game, and barely did enough to help team.
he saved gold more than once. Once when he got 1800g another at minute he saved like 2500g at minute 30 and so on.
Through log chat i can see you attempted more than once to teach him but he barelly follows your lead. Maybe the first 10 minutes wouldnt be enough to say he refused to learn, but for example he ketp doing over an over without listening.
