Around 14 minutes he buys acorn bombs and goes straight to my base to kill me which he hasn't explored throughout the game.
Any further thoughts:
His color is light blue and changed name to Mizley. He is also hunting and knows where animals are.

Didn't seem like he map hacked. No fog clicks and he knew where your base was prior to running to it. When hunting animals he walked past quite a few things he would have killed if he had map hack. Also there's a distinct part at the start where he is checking and walks into a Prize Boar in a dead end path and panicked and ran away.

Not enough proof.
