appeal

Postby Brando » Fri Jul 24, 2015 9:33 pm

Your Warcraft III username: brando
Realm/Gateway: east
Why are you banned:
Why you should be unbanned: this all started last week when apparently I "threw" a pub game. In that game not once did I feed a kill, a courier, or flame my team in the early game. I remember I had to afk for a few minutes in that game but I had let my team know of that. When I had come back based on the line up we had vs opposing teams I was sure the game was lost by the 20 minute mark.any decent person could realize that the game was over if u added up how little the team coordinated and synergized. I was slaughtered in lane since I was a krob offlane and not mid. Later in the game i bought healing salves for the carry to sell which you can obviously see in the game. If pulling gold to your teammates carry is considered throwing then something is wrong here. After seeing my team getting wiped and wiped over and over like I said before THE GAME WAS OVER. I had trolled in the end by just buying recipes bevause even if I was to have 2-3 core items the game was over. And the last thing is that when our ancient (throne) was about to die I had killed some of lions items. I never abused control in that game I even upgraded courier for him. Now if anyone is gonna say " destroying his items even when the game is over is still an offense" that is literally like saying 'someone is laying on the ground dead and you shoot then in the foot and you get sentenced to life' that just doesn't make sense.I have also been ip DODGE banned, now let me get into that. If you looked into my profile you would see a topic explaining how my router is unstable and the IP changes constantly . a similar thing like this happened a year ago In which I had dodged unintentionally and the mods knew that. The smurf I had played on in the krob game was the last game of the night before bed. When I leave my compyter I turn everything off , this includes pc,router, modem ect because there is no need for that to be on when nobody is using it. For the rest of the week I had played on my main Brando in only dihl inhouses because that is the only thing I stay on dota 1 for. When I got back from practice this week I had tried to join an dihl game and it said i had been banned for a year for IP dodging. I was shocked to see that so I pulled up that forum and realized I was banned on that smurf and since MY IP CHANGES constantly i had no idea. Any mod can look through this and realize the situation I'm in. I really hope I can get a mod to look at this with reason. I'm only on this to play dihl games I shouldn't even have pubbed that one night. I've been around the ent community for a while and you can ask any member or staff such as nabo, getstomped, hugmeonce ect that I'm a respectable player and I really enjoy these dihl games and what they bring in general. All I come for now is the dihl games and this is one of very few video games I still play. I would be ecstatic if the ban could be taken off and I really hope that you see this the way I am.

You knew you were banned when you tried to login with Brando account, so you dodged your ban, dont even try to say otherwise. Ban stays - reappeal in a month and we'll see about it.
