Violated Rule(s): Gone AFK => Throwing the game at crucial moment. I enforce this request because even if we by miracle won, he thrown that game badly & i hate that behavior (we see him move 2 times in fountain, showing he does AFK intentionally)
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): Mid Game
Any further thoughts: Please BAN minimum 15 days. Regards

Time when he went afk? "mid game" isn't helpful
