Reviewed the game and I'm not really sure if he threw on purpose but these are the things I noticed:

From the start he was complaining about how he doesn't like the game and kept going until the end. He also passed most of his time insulting teammates or spamming in chat to actually play. When his team started losing he just starting going in randomly and died most of the time (1 time against Kiba he just ran towards him mid and died a few seconds later).

He pretty much stopped caring about the game after his 4th death and decided to grief by talking in chat instead of playing seriously.
