He did not call mid at any point in the game... And got mad and said this:

Then he started game ruining from here. Once the first creep wave spawned he right clicked my hero and followed me all game....
4:30 i sat there and i let him get auto attacked but i didnt want to get in trouble for letting him die EVEN though he was following me so i moved so his hero would move but he still died 15 seconds later on purpose.
4:45 he died on purpose here
5:55 he died again on purpose auto attacking creeps
6:00 spec started votekick and i now realize this because i did not see it then but still no one voted...
9:09 leaps over me takes my rune
9:49 leaps over me takes my rune << clearly proves hes here and just game runing but pretends to be afk following me
10:30 auto attacking purposely feeding again clearly.
11:00 he pretends to unignore and calls me bastard noob
11:50 stands there and lets me die then kills the 10hp hero enemy
16:55 buys dagon only and Ks's me
Look i really don't think i need to go any further hes clearly not a noob by his stats in fact hes better then most so this was just an obvious case of butt hurt so he feeds enemy, ks's, flames, and grieves all game by following me
