Any further thoughts:
This guy has a lot of games played already so there shouldnt be any excuse about not knowing the bug/glitch. He tries to play it off that its not bugged even tho his own team mate said it himself that he had it on 5th slot. Even tried to flame other players and threaten to report and ban them (as seen on chat log).

!denied this isn't a bug, only version c 5th slot dispersion was bugged. It was a very strong build is all I will say.
