this user is not very intelligent, to say the least. the proof is in the replay, and i even identified key chat logs in my ban request topic linked above.

he is basically reporting me for saying i would report him because he broke a few different rules in our game. i did nothing except observe him break the rules. he is simply trying to protect himself.

it's totally fine to AS units down at the king. He's right with that. And announcing false rules is not allowed. You havent done it intentional. So it's fine, i believe you that you just wanted the best and you really thought it's not allowed. And one solo send is not enough to ban someone.

all i see is that he EXPLICITLY broke the rule to not use anti-stuck to kill-steal a teammate. he clearly breaks that rule.

I disagree, and no where does the rule specify that its context is limited to what you said, so please dont tell me to "read the rules carefully" when you had to explicitly state what you inferred with your post.

The rules have not changed since i last reported a user for the same exact incident here. the text for antistuck in LTD Mega is verbatim what it was when i last reported the same incident.

that is textbook using antistuck to kill steal an opponent.

He is citing a rule that literally doesn't exist.

AS in middle is allowed period.

-> This list contains what is not allowed. And who is he kill stealing from? The guy who leaked? You? Your teammate? These creeps belong to no one so it's fine he kills it.
