Violated Rule(s): Red offered up to NO send on 10/20 with whom I believe to be his friend, considering an identical build strategy. After review of replay, red claimed he sent a few units on accident on 20. However, he kept sending for another 2 minutes after saying it was an accident. His friend did the same.

Win or lose I don't care, but we all agreed to the rules before hand and abide by them. I also don't appreciate the fact he lied about it being a mistake.

Any further thoughts: Temp ban of a week or so, doesn't need to be permanent, just enough to get the point across.
