Any further thoughts: When he build it i actually told him he is way off, but he said he dont care. When u break some rule without think of it, i can understand , but when u break it with purpose... thats just too arrogant, like rules doesnt matter for him.

@vendeta You have been warned about this type of attitude, provoking other players - please stop. A lot of what you said outside of warning DrChemba about building in the DG area was completely unnecessary (e.g. Red is a noob - in all chat), etc.
