Why you should be unbanned: Wasn't false rules, I threatened to ban request someone because they were sabotaging my team by not kicking a player who was afk for 4 minutes. He blatantly unpaused the game and allowed the level to start on round 2 because his team sent and he knew that not kicking teal will leak more units to king, costing us heals. This is considered game ruining because it is intentional, deliberate and additionally he bans me just because he is an admin. bobostomping should be banned, as well as teal. Not anyone else.

@marv7792 There are no rules around pausing. We did end up kicking the player since it did appear that he/she was leaking too much to be building. I was not even the one that unpaused it the first time - it was unpaused twice before I did it. You also only filed a ban request for me as opposed to the AFK player on your team. Also, "not communicating" is not bannable either - just an FYI to avoid this in future.

Please read the rules and copy and paste the rules that you broke, below. Doing so could help with your ban appeal.

Lying again. In the chat log it is clearly seen as your team types !afk to check his status. Your salty ass just wanted to talk shit to me because u mad u lost last game. You SHOULD be banned and i will have another moderator look at it. Just even admitting to yourself, the facts, might enlighten you.

Do not ruin the game on purpose:

Do not teamkill (ex. blocking, maliciously using spells, destroying/hiding/stealing/massing items, selling towers, etc).
Do not go away from keyboard for an excessive amount of time, especially without telling other players beforehand, and/or refuse to play the game in an attempt to ruin it. Neither are you allowed to grief by resetting the afk timer.
Do not feed or suicide on purpose which negatively affects the game.
Do not save or pause the game while playing in order to distract players and hinder gameplay.
Do not ghost by leaking information to your enemies/opponents.
Do not purposely glitch or exploit the game.
If teammates shared control, do not abuse it.

" You are obligated to !votekick any player that has broken any of ENT's rules. If someone or several indicate that a particular player is game ruining, you, as a player in the game, are obligated to question/check about the situation/claim." By allowing the round to start by unpausing he broke this rule. Everyone except him voted the afk player out and i paused because it was prior to the level starting. If we are going to play 3v4, at least don't purposely try to make us leak more unfairly. Unpausing in and of itself is not bannable. But considering the situation and the delay of votekicking an afk player, the rule above has been broken.

It's ridiculous. You can even see in chat that he checks if the player is afk and then he purposely unpauses to make us leak. It was his plan to make us leak all along anyways. If you wish just look at the game he played right before this one. He lost to me and was salty since the beginning. him and duck. That was why he did this.

There is no rule regarding unpausing. Should you wish there to be one, post a suggestion and let there be a debate on it. There is no evidence until there are heavy leaks that there is an afk, and I myself would not have kicked until there was sufficient evidence as !afk doesn't chime in until the three minute mark. Until there are heavy leaks, there is absolutely no evidence of someone being afk and kicking by word of mouth without evidence is considered if a ban request is filed. That is why there was a delay in kicking because people will claim someone is afk simply because they don't like how that person is playing. While being 'salty' can inhibit someone's playing, it is still necessary to have evidence of someone being afk before kicking. Otherwise, it can be considered votekick abuse and bannable.

YOSHI, their entire team checked !afk right after i typed it in all chat. When i checked !afk he was afk 3 minutes so their team was well aware. Evidence was there it was just a salty move by someone who lost the last game. The fact that moderators can ban just because they feel like it and without any review is ridiculous. All because he lost. He is a bad player who stacks elo and then talks shit all game. Wish you would actually review the case before replying too, then you would recognize the evidence.

Well it did tell me afk 3 minutes... i think selecting a unit doesnt disrupt the afk.
In regards to my comment on no communication - Refusing to cooperate when asked to do so several times by sending alone and not save-send with teammates to win.
Thats what me saying no communication meant. Sorry i didnt write out the entire rule in game chat during game time.
Just stick to your lies AmnoN, it clearly makes u feel better.
And when (Failure to votekick in case of afk = ban), (Unpausing the game = Failure to votekick) then (Unpausing the game = Failure to votekick = Ban)
Im sorry I need to spell this out for you since you dont follow simple logical associations. And if your only excuse is that you didnt know he was afk, then you couldve easily asked and inquired. But there was no reason to unpause other than to sabotage us.

Confirmed that selecting a unit doesn't disrupt afk timer. You can try it out yourself and test it because i already have. Can't beleive a moderation/admin does not know simple things such as this.

We votekicked when we saw the massive leak as mentioned (y0shi discussed the reasoning) - all of the relevant information has been covered above in the event that you would like to reference it. Like I said, we all tried to use !afk and it did not show anything.
