Any further thoughts: Knifeorbanana was map hacking throughout game, always happening to find those unaware. After I watched replay, he would go straight to my teammate's (I-N-S-A-N-E) location no matter where he happened to be on map (mostly when I-N-S-A-N-E was in jungle) with disregard to other spots. How did he know I-N-S-A-N-E was where he was on multiple occasions?
