Any further thoughts: i kept asking their team and they agreed with me ,, these two players are using maphack , they activate skills before we even show up and use global skill and shift to us during 0.1 sec ,, i once charged one of them he used all his skills right before i even show up on their mini map as their mate in the team said we didn't see you on the mini map ,, please ban them

+1 well, only play with these 2, 2 games, one instance i know is rigong back out immediately when i using silver edge to get near him with no sentries.

naix using rage to dodge arrow with no vision in scourge jungle @ 4min replay time. impossible or pure luck. he never use rage to farm jungle before or after that. if they are these 2 players,
i have another replay where one of em mines at my spot block in middle forest with no vision but well if this is not process.

1400 he is pushing top tower alone. Then backs off when blue is in position to gang him from river in fog. He is moving away through jungle, (which would be enough to avoid the now visible blue ), then decides to go near tower, while orange is charging him from fog.
1730 loses vision of purple. He then teleports top at 1740, and, instead of farming the creeps top, he goes straight to low-hp purple in their jungle. He even turns towards the path purple is fleeing, still in fog.
2230 orange and yellow stick together for 30 seconds. 2255, when they starting moving away from each other, Brown and DG simultaneously uses both their ulties, and instantly teleport one to yellow and the other to orange, killing them both.
2330 he is pushing mid tower alone, then suddently backs away as teal approaches from fog.
2430 teal, orange and yellow are together trying to gang. 2500 they are moving away from each other. At this perfect moment, DG and brown use their ulties simultaneously once more, and kill orange.
2700 yellow is charging DG top, and purple is teleporting in the woods on his back. DG moves back for a second, then returns and continues moving ahead. Right before they have vision of yellow, both DG and brown use their ulties together, and kill them both. Never had vision of them.
2924 he teleports in the 1st creep camp in the enemy jungle. Then decides to go farm in the 2nd one instead, avoiding invisible-in fog purple all the while.
3115 he uses his ulti the same exact moment he has vision of low-hp purple.
3500 brown passes near invisible purple. Then, DG ( with gem on with ) ulties, giving vision to brown, who instantly turns back and kills purple.

1300 he stalks orange in the woods, in a creep spot he could only guess he is. Waits nearby to gain exp and attacks at lvl 6.
1750 he turns towards low-hp purple the same milisecond he has vision of him, with DG following him. Then shapeshifts to catch him. Extremely fast and suspicious reaction time.
1920 he loses vision of blue. 1950 he casts both ulties and instantly teleports to blue, killing him.
2040 he is clearly aware of orange's presence, even tho orange was in fog for more than a minute.
2220 he is waiting for yellow, who charged him, in tower. Nothing wrong here, he could see him charging through ward. However, 10 seconds later he moves back to fountain, while orange, who also charged him, is closing in from fog.
2230 orange and yellow stick together for 30 seconds. 2255, when they starting moving away from each other, Brown and DG simultaneously uses both their ulties, and instantly teleport one to yellow and the other to orange, killing them both.
2425 he starts backing off as orange and yellow charge him from fog. Uses shapeshift the exact milisecond he has vision of orange.
2430 teal, orange and yellow are together trying to gang. 2500 they are moving away from each other. At this perfect moment, DG and brown use their ulties simultaneously once more, and kill orange.

3010 he is heading towards secret shop. Blue is there. He uses rage the exact milisecond he has vision of blue and kills him. Then just leaves without buying anything, or even getting close to the shop.
3112 he runs straight to low-hp purple and kills him.
3310 he tries to follow invisible yellow, then backs off as invisible purple approaches. Then, once yellow is visible and attacking creeps, he ulties and instantly teleports to him, killing him.
3335 he runs towards teal. When teal blinks into woods, he follows his exact path and finds/kills him. Not a second wasted searching in woods.
3343 he uses rage and moves towards blue ( who is in fog ) before he even has vision of him.
3500 brown passes near invisible purple. Then, DG ( with gem on with ) ulties, giving vision to brown, who instantly turns back and kills purple.

It's fairly clear that these players are friends/playing together. They had the same ulties, using them to help each other/gang together all the time.
In my opinion it's also obvious they both have maphack.
They should both be banned for maphacking.
