Time of Violation (in-game or replay): Right after lvl 10 he started to build for arena and he could not afford any lumberjack upgrade, so he stayed 7/5 when it was clear that we were sending 15.
Any further thoughts:

First of all, that guy ignored me early in the game when i told him to send a bowman on lvl. That bowman would have made the sends split, so maybe one of the guy in enemy team would have got 2 bos or something like that. He had clearly enough time to send it, but instead he answered to me in the chat:

More lately in the game, that guy didn't want to go 7/6 even though my teammates asked him to. In his opinion, he should not push because his value was too high ! This move from 8iiiiiiiiii3 made him short of 150 lumber to get to 2600 lumber for send on lvl 15. All other players on our team had enough to send, but not him:

As he said, I didn't draw the previous game, because one guy left, but even if he stayed, we would have clearly win, and he was obviously raging about it, so he ruined the game.

We finally won on lvl 17, thanks to teal, because he somehow got middle and slowed the creeps to reach king, which made us win the race.

Also, it's not the first time this guy ruins game and teamkills. He cost us the game sooner today by not going holder on 10 with elite acher. He was our only potential holder and we had only 1 heal left. (https://entgaming.net/findstats.php?id=8203324)

Is it mandatory to hold 10 with EA? I said earlier I will push as far as I can remember. I wont comment on this game cause its not the one you want to get me banned for

It's fairly obvious that you two don't like each other. Completely normal, and the !ignore command is there for that exact reason.
As far as i know, not pushing 7/6, lack of 150 lumber at wave 15, or not holding wave 10 ( unless it's intentional ), are not against the rules.'
I don't see anything ban-worthy here.
