Any further thoughts: Other than trying to swap at start of game this Lanaya didn't say a word the rest of the game to us. We asked him to just communicate with us and we got nothing all game. He goes AFK at top tower 13 mins into game and sent pushes into tower and kills him. I mean he didn't even meld so he wouldn't die if they pushed while he was AFK... He then intermittently goes AFK for the next 8 mins or sits fountain or just aimlessly runs around while doing no farming or defending.

I bring up 2 votekicks and the first one was obvious when they pushed that top lane and got a free kill on him.

0200 he moves to bot tower, and stays afk behind it for the first two creep-waves.
1550 moves to top tower and stays afk behind it, until 1 minute later he gets killed without moving.
Then spawns, and stays afk for 2 minutes in fountain.
After that, he spends the next 1.5 minutes wandering around, sitting afk at towers doing nothing.
2110 goes afk for 50 more seconds.
He missed most of the team fights so far.
3100 his team is pushing mid, 2 enemies pushing bot. He is just farming top.

It's clear that sekvoja is a bad/new player. His deaths were not intentional. However, he spend a big part of the game afk, and the rest solo playing, without ever really helping his team.
He should be banned for afk and refusal to cooperate with team.

About the votekicks :
Since teal was afk mostly for 1-2 minutes at a time, it was very hard for the enemy team to realize it and kick him. Yes, his death on the tower while was should be considered, but he was moving right after it, and it wasnt' 100% clear, since he was bad.
I believe their skepticism about kicking was correct. They couldn't be sure about it, and kicking a player for being new is actually bannable.
Noone should be banned for failing to votekick in this situation.
