First of all, it would be best if you informed your teammates before you leave.
Second, i noticed you make a habbit of creating new accounts and playing only 1 game on them. The problem with that is, when you leave/dc a game in a new account, the penalty is much higher that what it would be for an account with many games.
Just keep that in mind, because it could save you a lot of trouble.

I also suggest trying one of these proxies. The 3rd one is highly recommended.
