So I have watched the replay - There was a lot of flaming going on within this game. I indeed noticed that R0BIN-H00D and ray2121 were selling and destroying their items at 38:20 and 41:10 roughly.
While Sentinels team were pushing, R0BIN decided to go farm.

A votekick was initiated. No one informed the other team why in all chat, even though it held a valid reason.

From this review, I would say that R0BIN-H00D@europe.battle.net and ray2121@uswest.battle.net should be banned 4-7 days for destroying their items and refusing to play the game which caused a loss on the Sentinels behalf, and the players who did not vote !yes should recieve a 1-2 day ban for not voting to kick a player who was intentionally ruining the game.
