Rules state that you have to use it when creeps are stuck. Intentionally waiting to AS it/them to gain time is also abuse

In the replay LTDNorb kindly provided, you and your team deliberately delayed the game from resuming, by not using anti stuck on 2 stuck creeps.

Your goal behind this was to gather enough lumber, so you can send bos on wave 2.

I told him to unstuck it and he did it like 5 sec later.... Whats the problem here?

Antistuck
Must be used on your stuck units.
Cannot be used on opponent team.
Cannot be used to kill-steal your teammate. (Using anti-stuck on units in the middle is allowed.)
Cannot be used to delay or prevent units from teleporting to king with the intention to hide units or to aggro units away from king.
Cannot be used on creeps and sends that are attacking the king.
Cannot be used in an attempt to make sends go directly to the king by avoiding towers in a cross.

Creep was stuck at around 0205. You guys noticed about 40 seconds later.
The antistuck came well 1 minute after that, only when all of you sent bos.

Every player in the game has the anti stuck button.
It doesn't matter on whose lane the stuck unit is. What matters is on which side.

When it's on west side, it's west side team that is responsible for it.

I hope you get my point.

Yes, I get your point. I watched the replay now and I remember that game... I don't think I even noticed that creeps were stuck..... xD

You did notice at some point, and asked him to anti stuck it, instead of doing it yourself.

Now, that may have been an honest mistake, but the result was the same.
