After reviewing:

Doens't send with team on 2
solo sends bo on 3
The situation on 7, i agree with him: Sending on 7 with no holder and wave, was stupid (around 9.50 he said to upgrade the king), so i woulnd't consider refusing to send on this case since u should have upped the king instead of sending
Solo sends on 13 - He was just complaining the team was quiet, and instead of asking them/discussing a plan, he solo sends on 13
