Some people are unaware that servants are glitched. They currently pay 9 gold not 3 gold at the end of the round. Exploiting this glitch can give a player an unfair advantage. Building servants in the solo lane or slavemasters in any lane is allowed servants with no slavemaster is also allowed.
As far as this:

Maybe there was some confusion about 9 gold and 9 servants.
Prophet5 and Taco warning ban for servant glitch.
