Why you should be unbanned: Falenga, I tried sending you a pm some time ago but now I don't see anything in my sent folder. Anyway here is what it said.

Hi Falenga,

I see you have banned my again for IP dodging. I did do this after I disconnected in a game I was doing well (was a legit d/c). I honestly wasn't thinking it would be a problem since the reason for the ban was through the autoban system and I hadn't broken any of the major rules. I get from your perspective that this would still be unacceptable and am not disputing your decision. My appeal is based on the fact that I have been playing on my main IP and following all ENT rules. I have been treating others respectfully and playing fair. The only time I used a different IP (when was our last conversation? Christmas?) was to avoid the autoban from a d/c and not for wrecking other people's games. Like I said I acknowledge that is not acceptable and would wait out durations of auto bans in the future. I've been playing with many different people and feel I have been a good member of the ENT community. I would appreciate your understanding and consideration and hope you remove my ban.

Well, @mael , you do realise you're still banned for dodging since Christmas, right? Which means you've been dodging all this time.

That can't be possible. I have been playing on my regular old connection. I thought after my emails to you, that you must have unbanned me. Certainly someone had as I was playing on my main connection and telling people who I was. I even said that you had given me a break. I can't tell you what would have happened.

I can try to show you a bunch of the accounts I was playing on. You would see the same ip used over and over. Also I have been respecting all ENT rules and being respectful. This after all was one of your main concerns before. Can we work something out here please?

Now that I'm thinking about it, I have also been posting several ban requests. I haven't been trying to hide that I've been playing. You could check requests under my account mael and will also see any of the smurfs I was on when making ban requests would all be the same ip.

Our emails ended with you, threatening me, which is fine. However, we never came to an agreement. You also tried several times to log in using your main account, but got the message you are banned for dodging. I am certain you were 100% aware of the situation.

From what i can see, you were indeed respectful to the rest of the rules, which is obviously to your favor.

I can assure you we can work on a deal, if that is indeed in your interest. Our goal is not to keep users banned, but to keep the games fun. Given this case is out of the ordinary tho, i will need some time to work on that. Bots are down anyway, so you won't be missing much.

Okay thanks Falenga. In regards to logging in on accounts that were banned here is what I honestly thought. I thought that maybe the names were still banned as you might have banned account name in case I changed ip. When I tried logging those names I thought it was related to name and not ip. Honestly thought it was an oversite and I didn't care about those accounts so moved on. As I said before I have been identifying myself as "mael" in games. Even in games where I know other mods like Chew are on.

In any case I appreciate this. Seriously I plan to just play like normal now.

Sorry for the delay.

Please reappeal again in 10 days from now without further dodging your ban. Adding the few days you're already banned, it would make a total of 2 weeks, which is a pretty good deal.

@FalenGa Dodging since christmas and 2 weeks of waiting. Nice joke! That observation without evidence is pathetic! I take my case to serve as example. He did not do it on purpose, you believe him. Even with misunderstanding, you should do it for everyone at least 1 time.

In regards to previous post, idk man honestly was not on purpose. I'll say this though I did do on purpose earlier and was very rude to mods. Obviously that got me nowhere. This time I was respectful and honest and it worked out. I suggest maybe trying the same? Anyway good luck.
