Hey all, so check out the attached 2v2 game.

Ari was semi afk or something in the start, and dunno wtf he was doing, but he accidentally sold his tower lvl 1 and only made 1 guard at 80 val lvl 1 = leak 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 and then didnt heal on 10 = game loss for me.

So I can easily understand we all ahve bad games, I've been there. But I feel this is over the top, playing 1v2 in 2v2 is simply so unfair that i believe if this happens lvl 1 and we got the draw rule it should be drawn as its way worse than a person dcing. Now had it been pub, he coulda merced, but here he made sure he couldnt recover lvl 1. Now I asked the othe team, and they did not show even the smalles inkling of good sportsmanship by drawing here. We all make mistakes, but this is too much. Especially cause he didnt heal on lvl 10, though I can understand he just wanted it to be over with.

I think my elo should be reinstated and arishok treated with a penalty as if he dced here imo, no fuckin chance in a game liek this... blehh

I am not sure whether a draw function would be suitable here, as people could abuse when they got bad rolls, just like a pp (since we've been throught that example a lot in the past days).

I do believe it should be treated same as a disconnect, with -elo for the person who was afk / sold / didnt build level1 , not sure about the rest since no actualy time would be wasted.

That is really weird and rare occasion the level 1 fail ruined the game.

It sure was a crap and strange game and again: if you have said that he was afk or fucking up w/e during level 1 I would have drawn, even if it wasn't mandatory. But your team stayed silence about it until 4:20 minutes in and even didn't answer at level 1 when we asked if Arishok was afk. Here's the (important) chat log:

I know it sucks for you, but I also know we have done nothing wrong. And apparently you guys wanted to try the game until you have seen he won't be able to comeback at which point you suddenly wanted to draw (with the "lie" that he was afk at level 1, while he only fucked up).

Maybe not on lvl 2 or 3, but they will be able to recover with lower income. To throw a game by not building (because you had crap towers) or healing (intentionally) that a disgrace in LIHL.

Sorry but you are probably retarded. First, tell me, how you can recover next lvls, with units, that i had after rr. Can't cover lvl 2 with, this means that neither lvl 3 etc. Before lvl 4 you have 480 value how you can recover this? You saw record? No. So don't write these stupid shits. Each player would after this had leaks every lvl. I made just one fault before lvl 1 nothing more.

The answer is that no one would at that point cause no one can foresee the future, so I wrote it when i had the chance. And you did not show good sportsmanship. Summa sumarum, you showed a complete lack of fairplay in this instance and an utter social disgrace. Ari played like what i would describe as a teamkill way, though i honestly believe he just fucked up 1, and dont wanna think he did it on purpose, the fact that he didnt heal on 10 combined with all the others doesnt really leave much room for deliberation. Well I dunno what other towers you had so I cant comment on the choice other than saying that using all ur gold on medium armor is hardly the way to go for lvl 2 and 3, but yeah I know the lvl 1 fucked you.

I want an admin to reply as to:
1. a. if this situation doesnt warrant a penalty and should be treated as if he dced, ( cause its waaaay worse for the team, which since it was 2v2 is me)
b. if not drawing here then why at all have the effing rule anyhow, when it only fucks people over.

I only watched this replay until 8 minutes in because I saw all that I needed to see. This request to punish Arishock is rediculous. He made a bad mistake on lvl 1 and West asked about it but East did not say a peep. Then, Donald you blatantly lied about him being afk in order to convince the other team to draw. I do not support lying. One of you should have stepped up and told the truth on lvl 1 which would have been "Arishock sold his tower on lvl and couldn't rebuild it in time, please draw". Regarding the socalled "lie" that I said that he was afk, that is my opinion of why he would sell last instant only to sell when he saw my suggestion and maybe realizing he couldnt build something else, he built it again and then forgot to up, how can u do that wihtout being afk, he had plenty of time to build it, so I thought he was afk in the start and that was the reason he fuckin teamkilled that game, = NO blatant lie. A matter of opinion can never be a lie, that should be self evident.
And as an admin you really should Stop making unwarranted conclusions on my behalf or on the behalf of any players calling them liars when they are telling the truth.

So please stop trying to hold on to the defense that you thought he was afk. You clearly knew that he wasn't and told him he shouldn't have made a guard. Yes, Arishock made a wisp before he made his guard, as he should have. When you told him that it sucked, he sold his tower to try and build something different. Then he realized that he didn't have enough gold to build anything better and tried to rebuild this. In my opinion, you contributed to the problem by telling him that his original build (which would have held lvl 1 easily) sucked.

I'm sorry if I sounded rude or harsh in my last post; it was admittedly a little bit harsh but here is how I see this:

You make a forum complaining about your teammate's behavior. You told him that his lvl 1 build sucked and so he sold it and leaked. Then you go on to "claim" that he was AFK to try to get a draw. Then you flame the other team by attacking them verbally.

Sure, Arishock didn't heal on lvl 10. In my opinion, you guys should both lose this game. The bad advice on lvl 1 coupled with trying to lie to cover it up and force a draw and ending in a missed heal. I think this is even. You both deserve the ELO loss in my opinion so it will not be reversed.

Feel free to ask other Moderators for their opinion on this but I am sticking to what I believe is right in this circumstance.

You're again lying about me iight, and you shouldnt do that. To quote you, I do not support lying.
Arishok built a guard for lvl 1. Then I suggested that it was the poorer choice compared to his other options to help him improve as a player, and also pointed out it was too late for the other option, as it was no longer possible due ot him doing a wisp. = no bad advice from me.

Another thing you shouldnt do is take things out of the context to try and distort them, if you cared to take the entire convo like Diablo_ did, you'd see that I also immediately after wrote that its too late for that now. So again I did not advice him to sell on lvl 1. If you believe so that is entirely based on your own imagination and has no hold in reality. Admin decision should be based on reality and not imagination, or am I wrong? And I hate to be the one having to point this out to you, we were finally getting along so well.. siigh....

Regarding the afk thing, I thought he was afk after building the guard, afk = away from keyboard, duration undefined, but in this instance long enough to be unable to react to my suggestions in due time, should also be self evident, but I give you the courtesy of writing them out in full so nothing can be misunderstood this time. So I believed him to be afk = my opionion = I did not lie = when you write that I blatantly lie, then go on to say shame on you donald you lie to coerce west into doing something else, you let your imagination go crazy.
Arishok did purposefully not heal on lvl 10 and teamkilled. How can an ally who teamkills not get the same penalty as those who does a much minor transgressions to the other players, disconnecting.
