Time of Violation (in-game or replay): 21 min lost gem ( no reason to carry gem as we told him) , around 22 spent/waste 1.8 k gold buying selling... it kept going like this ruining game, everyone just couldnt stand him.
Any further thoughts: He buys gem early game for no reason to lose it intentionnaly to piss off techie. When he finally get gem back after ruining game, he bought more gem (1x). He buys item, destroys it then rebuy ..... few example; Perfect game ruiner once again. Please give him a reason to think before acting stupid

Who are you to say how long he will get?

First of all, I do not see how he is team killing. He destroys a tp, big woop. It costs 100g anyone can buy it at any time.
Second of all ok he buys gem and loses it. He got ganked and maybe should have waited until he had means of escape or should have been more careful. When he used bb, there were 3 of you there. He thought you would go attack and when he tped in he foolishly attacks them rather than runs b to tower.

I still have to say that in this game you lost as a team, it wasn't all on sniper. There were no attempted pushes, no ganks, no wards. When they would gank/push, you weren't all always there.

This is a lie. He bought 1 gem through the whole game. He destroyed a tp that no one but mirana could have picked up, so she could have held 2, which does not matter. He never once wasted his gold on buying items and destroying them.

For this case, sniper should not be banned. I don't see a valid reason to ban him, especially if you want to lie trying to make it sound worse than it was.

I apologize if I came off bitter, it was not my intention. I may have mistaken you to be that mirana for some reason (who was worse than you were) .

At least you know that you should verify things yourself before posting ban requests, as it definitely helps you understand what you aren't sure of yourself.
