Why are you banned: vk fail/ pause
Why you should be unbanned: I believe i should be unban because i never voted to kick anyone or paused the game for anyone to be kicked. i was ban by an admin name beerlord without a specific reason. therefore i request proof for this ban and a videoclip. if neither can be provided then i request a suspension towards the admin (BeerLord).

How do you explain this?

You were banned because you did not vote to kick a ruiner in 3 votekick attempts. You did pause the game during a battle...

If you are going to say that an admin did you wrong, make sure you come up with actual facts and do a little digging before you go ahead and make false statements. Once you've done that, take it to the complaints section.

Okay i remember that game very clear, Ogre wasn't afk, and when they voted there wasn't enough time given to even confirm if he was afk, the fact he was moving at fountain meant he was still in front of his computer screen meaning ( NOT afk ) therefore i do not kick a player out if he isn't afk for at least 2 min. if the rules said kick a player when another player calls to kick does that mean that the player who called the vote has the power to kick anyone he wants to? clearly not. i saved the game to watch the replay, i don't recall seeing anyone fighting or involved in combat, if they were i wouldn't of done that. clearly the person who reported me was upset that he lost? does that mean when other players get upset they can request a ban and ban the player they want too? sounds a little unfair to me. therefore my ban doesn't seem to have solid evidence.

it's not about getting ban that makes me upset, it's that this shouldn't be a reason to ban a player to begin with i always obey the rules i even try to help beginners when they don't have a clue on how to play or build a hero.

Except you did vote to kick him the first time. You failed to vote the next three times. Your appeal continues to lack any credibility. Please refer to our rules regarding votekicks, and for the pause save issue as well. It doesnt really matter why you thought you needed to save the game, we dont allow it.
