@easytk Threatening to spam the forum is not a great idea when it comes to asking for a second opinion.

You are entitled to one so I will leave my notes below:

1) Started appeal off with a poor attitude and refused to try and understand the rationale behind the ban
2) Short version of the ban: sold all units between rounds 7 and 8, did not communicate it to the team, did not build delays for red to catch leaks (was not in a position to kill much anyways)

4) Despite having 7/11 push at arena, and 2.5k lumb, never communicated his "strat" to his team, and even "trolled" when team questioned ("im intentionally teamkilling").

Anyways, replying to your previous "constructive feedback", i'm Hyo (ex-moderator) - nice to meet you (not) =D and no, i'm not another Amnon's alt forum account (however it does make me wonder, are you donotpingme friend? XD)

PS: Oh and since you like my "dind't watch replay comments", i got another one for you: Until you realize that what you did was wrong (selling all units, overpushing, not communicating with your team, and last but not least, troll about it, thus teamkilling in all glory), not even the pope will side with you :d even your team said the same if you read my previous comment, but i'll remind you of it:

@easytk The very notion that you're attacking somebody that has all right to comment on any ban appeal/request as long as it contributes to the thread at hand means that you no longer have an argument towards being unbanned.

Come back after you've changed your attitude towards everything as well as understand the reasons behind your ban, which you've done neither so far. Because how everybody else is looking at it, you're being neither cooperative or bothering to understand what you did wrong, and is most likely going to get denied.

@easytk I may be waiting for another mod to give you your "second opinion", but I do not have to sit by and watch you spam the message board with nonsense that does not contribute to this case at all. As Apoth said, this will seriously hindering your ability to get unbanned when another mod takes a look. Your attitude requires a lot of work before you can convince anyone that you should be unbanned. If you keep going at this with spam posts, you could receive a forum ban.

Wrong - in 1200, you would have 2-3 brqs instantly against you (and 5-6 replying below agreeing).

Anyways, if you cant even agree that you should have communicated with your team, instead of selling and pushing (and expecting people to follow your delusional suicide "strat), then the ban is perfectly legit (Sub-optimal builds aren't bannable, but selling all units, overpushing, and failing to communicate before doing so, pretty much throwing the game is)

mate, sold your units without consulting us first, didn't build blockers, trolled us, didn't even build with red, and tried to get him votekicked for no reason (which is another bannable offense which you haven't even been punished for, only the tk, so consider yourself lucky). you even tried to get us falsely banned. Im not sure what argument you could even make at this point, that could speak in your favour. and your attitude absolutely stinks.

as Zerathul posted several times, i even said to red and teal in game after you got kicked, that i would of been fine with the suicide IF you would of told us about it first, instead of doing what you did, which was acting like a complete trolling tard. I haven't even gotten a sorry from you for losing us elo and trying to get us all falsely banned.

@bagofkittens If the victim act is sincere, you're obviously new. I don't expect you to understand this, but we would have won that game if you didn't kick. I know you and @AmnoN think the most important thing is building strong and not leaking, but the goal of legion is to kill enemy team before they kill you. Having far more push and lumber than enemy team is not about winning race 15, it's about killing them before they even get a chance to send. This is very effective in mega bot, I got my old acct to 1650 basically just doing this. Nobody knows how to push in mega so they don't expect you to either. Just watch some of moonlight's replays, he's lihl player that has 0 value 10 like 2/3 of the time

Anyways this is pretty fucked. If you don't wan to allow suicide on bot you should include it in the rules. Suicide = tk. Even better you should require players to follow a unit guide from the wiki at all times. They try and mix units = ban. Only allow send on lv 3 5 7 10 15. send 12 = ban. Should be a pretty fun bot

@bagofkittens You also got very lucky @AmnoN was the one that picked up our ban requests. He's the low level forum mod that spends all day on forums and processes like 80% of clear cut ban requests so other mods don't have to, his only payment a sense of control he's never achieved in real life. Sadly real admins will be reviewing them eventually. You will not be getting the apology you feel you deserve

I'm amused by this thread despite I've never played this game before.

- The guy's name is "easytk" I assume is for "easy teamkill?"
- The guy admitted in the game chatlog, "i am actually intenitonal tk"

- He has insulted everyone who replied to his appeal, including the mods.

Um.. he's trolling you guys. He's not interested in an appeal. This is what he enjoys doing.

Not that you actually deserved it, but since you got me interested in your wannabe "be prepared for the biggest push you have ever seen" (and i am the nolife troll wannabe mod as you said =) ), i got curious:

[*]You call claw yolo on 1-2 - so far so good (Stupid if you ask me, since you had LoD, and you could have been a 7 semi/holder + 10 holder prolly, looking at your team, but sub-optimal builds aren't bannable)

Not even explaining what was your idea, or plan at all - Simply sold all your units on the beginning of round 8, and started madly pushing

[*]Meanwhile your team gets mad at you, attempts to votekick and you claim you're gonna merge on red ... Sorry, but do you know what a merge is (or even a cross is)? To sucessfully merge with red, you would have to get delays, have a small army mid (to delay enough for red to cover both his lane and urs) + when you intend to merge, you inform your ally so that he can stay lower, or build to cover for it (You dont simply sell all units and inform later).

[*]You kept pushing, and dind't even bother to explain your idea to the team (properly), so in all honest i can understand their reaction: If i saw a guy named "easytk" selling all his units, not explaining what he was doing besides "biggest push ever seen", i would just take you for a troll and instantly vk and report you as well (which they did).

So basically, yes, my opinion after watching the replay its the same: You played your own game, failed to communicate and cooperate with your team, and got what you deserved (You presented yourself as a troll, named yourself as a troll, and got kicked for being a troll)
