Any further thoughts: Pretends to be afk at fountain multiple times and moves after 4 min so we can't kick him. Also he buys crappy items on purpose, he ended the game with 3 hyperstones because he was trolling the team. At some point the afk grief/gameruin should have been visible for the other team but they still refuse to votekick him.

He does reset afk-timer and builds three hyperstones. He's got over 11 games on this particular account (may have more) and knew how to build desolator/phase boots but somehow builds three hyperstones - which shows he is game-ruining. Should be banned for game-ruining.
