Violated Rule(s): Votekick Abuse. I'm not particularly good with the hero I chose, as I'm trying to learn playing it. I was very co-operative whenever someone requested something from me. I was told in the beginning to leave middle, and I did so. However, votekicking someone just because they are not good in the game violates ENT rules. I have warned the votekickers that doing so would cause them to be banned, as it is against the rules. Players continued votekicking and breaking the rules, even though it clearly states in the game (by the bot) and on the Wiki (by the website) and by me, through chat, that the votekick was unjustified.
The VK rules ( http://wiki.entgaming.net/index.php?tit ... ng:VKRules ) clearly states in Point 5, Section A
" It is possible to game ruin by being new. In this case, votekick will only be valid if the new player refuses to learn and cooperate. Just because someone is a newbie or bad does not mean he is intentionally game ruinning."
Which was my case, I wasn't good in the hero I picked, I was trying to learn how to play him. I was co-operative as stated above, yet the votekick was initiated

Before reviewing this replay, I went to check the game stats and saw that Ryuzaki has played 45 games of dota with a 909 ELO. Considering Dota's learning curve, it seems reasonable that the player might not have mastered every hero as there are over 100 heroes in the game (would recommend !alias to confirm new player).
0:00 - Ryuzaki is mid with Brood. Slark says he is mid and Ryuzaki is willing to move bottom lane to avoid conflict. No reason to warrant votekick.
1:08 - Ryuzaki dies bottom lane. Appears to be trying his best, however, not playing the hero at a high skill level. No reason to votekick. Returns to lane to play.
3:22 - Ryuzaki dies again to Sniper. Very close to escaping and was unaware Sentinel had placed sentry ward down. No reason to votekick. Returns to lane.
5:05 - Ryuzaki dies again to Jugg. Player was low health and needed to return to lane. I do not think this was intentional feeding just a bad play. Sits in fountain for about 25 seconds and returns to lane.
7:24 - Ryuzaki dies again to Sniper. Player was trying to go aggressive but failed to realize how weak their lane was at the time. MianMianHae initiates votekick against Ryuzaki. Other players are tired of him dying and begin to vote !yes. Player returns bottom lane.
Team votekicks on MianMianHae / donthurtmepls / amordemisamores. Have yet to see Brood not listen to her teammates but has died 4 times.
9:40 - Player runs from bottom lane to top lane. When arriving at top lane, he is killed by ogre. Another play that isn't very high skilled. MianMianHae convinces more players to votekick Ryuzaki.
After reviewing Ryuzaki's stats and gameplay, it does appear that he may be a new player. I also cannot see a place where Brood refuses to listen to her teammates. I believe both teams thought the game would be better if Brood left to prevent her from feeding. However, this situation seems to be votekick abuse. I would recommend a mod confirms Ryuzaki's claims with !alias and enforce votekick abuse how they see fit.

I also looked at the gameplay of Ryuzaki. I can confirm the statements of Kappa and i cant see a "very cooperative" teamplay of Ryuzaki

Not sure what previous offences your talking about Smoky, I can't see any for votekick abuse.
