Well its kinda obvious he stays 1ea for 1 and adds 2x t1 like 5secs before lvl when enemys go for warr. Tbh im too lazy to go through his history but it happened more few times already with him. Anyway this should be ez 1year ban since im quite sure hes dodging the ban on his main account Pele.

BTW: Check user Guccigang aswell, for me that looks like another smurf of him.
