In there he referred that I was dodging a ban. I dont know what an i dodged?

You were banned for dodging an autoban placed on gamereader#europe.battle.net that was between March 19 and March 21. During this time you played on an alias, doekoe#europe.battle.net. On March 20, you played on doekoe and after you switched to gamereader. After seeing a banned message, you switched back to doekoe on a different IP that later matched up with gamereader having another banned join message.

For the IPs to match up twice in a short period is unlikely, and is what led me to believe that you're doekoe#europe.battle.net. You knew you were banned, yet you continued playing. This is against our rules, and also using a VPN is against our rules also.

To be honest, i cant even remember it. Still i believe you. However a 1 year ban for a 2 day autoban seems a bit crazy?

And VPN wise, due a new privacy law in my country which now allows for the government to monitor everyone they deem "relevant". I for one do not like this thought so i use a VPN now while i play games and use internet at the same time.

Not me either. Basically anyone who plays civ is me? Thats a pretty dull way of thinking to be honest... Haven't played on ur bots since i got banned.

Well, pretty certain that user is you, so appeal denied. You may appeal in two weeks time if you have decided to stop dodging and we can work out a path to being unbanned from there. In this case, do not play on our bots during this time. Otherwise, you can continue to dodge and I can continue to ban you.
