Does the K/D/A work right? It doesn't seem to be recording kills and deaths correctly. I don't have any gathered data or evidence at the moment, though.

K/D should be working well enough, assists is bugged.
To clarify, K/D should be minion/titan kills and builder deaths. It should be working alright.

Is this a result of people leaving too quickly? It seems the game over timer caused him to win because he was afk.

Minions don't gain elo from victories (they lose elo), there's no incentive to help the titan.
Stats don't record kills and deaths properly.
End game doesn't trigger if there are any observers (after the titan has killed all the builders), resulting in a stale mate.

That's tricky, though. Is there a way to determine whether a minion can gain elo or not? Because this is what would happen.... A player helps titan win as minion - should gain elo, although not a lot as they did still die as builder. A player dies and becomes minion - builder knows titan will win and stays on team for elo. A player dies and becomes minion - reverts to obs to gain elo because builders will win.
I see a few options here:
1. Make titan's -kick (color) if they don't want them to help. (Most reasonable, some titans already do this. Perhaps we can ask Neco to include an autokick if a player is not granted a minion within a certain amount of time)
2. Make a separate stat for minion wins while including a death as builder. (Not very reasonable, although possibly more interesting if it can be done without problems)
3. Count all deaths as a loss. (Very unreasonable, can't really be seen as a solution)

If a minion kills a (single) builder he should be regarded as playing for the titan's side (and gain elo if the titan wins/lose elo if the titan loses).
After killing a builder the minions elo should remain locked with the titan's so even if they opt out using -obs (or are kicked) they lose elo if the titan loses and vice versa.

Okay, assume the minion doesn't kill anybody and just uses multiple minions to siege and heal the titan. I don't see this happening often, but we need a way that includes all outliers and possibilities.
