Any further thoughts:At begin I tried to help him with build because he had so nice draft and picked total shit so he responsed shh dont feed - well nvm. The whole game he did nothing except feeding and spamming or annoying the whole team which just ignored him. Without that ks he woudl be 0/10/1 so i think that says everything. And after hard feeding he of course rage quit. Hope he get long ban.

After review,

Formless gets ganked and killed multiple times by lots of global abilities. Sadly he has no escapes like blinks or invis to counter or run. You did say he tried helping him in drafting phase but he denied it which isn't an offense. His build over all wasn't bad and he did try to play fairly in lane.

You both exchange words to each other so both sides "spamming" was the issue there.

To leave after unable to do anything or with that bad of a score is usual. I doubt he did it to game ruin.
I don't think he should be banned.

I watched the first 5 deaths of his, and none of them is intentional. Not even remotely close to intentional. He got ganked, mostly by Haunt. Everyone who invested 5 minutes into watching the replay would realise that.

So, a few notes to you, @KilAzoR ,

a) When you report a player, watch the replay, and provide time(s) of actual violation. Copy pasting the chat is not going to work.
