Replay time (9:10 - 10:20): He went afk again after diving enemy towers
Replay time (12:00 - 13:00): Afk in jungle.
Replay time (15:20 - 19:00): Afk after dying a gank at rosh-pit
Replay time (31:30 - 33:09) Afk after dying with agies while attempt to solo-kills
Replay time (34:30 - 36:40) Afk after dying

Any further thoughts: There's an amount of sufficient evident that the player [HeyThereImKevin] has violated the rules, but I'm not quite sure the reason why he went afk, because he never specifically let his team-mates knows if there's an urgent that he need to attend.
