Yes i have also been told that drawing is not mandatory aswell as threatening bans for not drawing is deceiving players about rules, which is also bannable this is what i have been told by staff members.
Do not deceive players about rules in an attempt to get them banned/to force them to do something they are not obligated to such as !draw.
