While warned at arena they are sending 21 and still he didn't build after arena. Plenty of time still to do so even with farm locked

Think he was alt tabbing in this game which resulted in small afk and fails. He should receive a least a warning so he stays with his head in the game next time.
EDIT : I forget to add lvl12 solo send.
