i have nothing against you @tiggins but you need to understand things, you don't make rules here and you don't make your own decision in games, i don't want to let you banned but you actually dodged my ban so if your only answer is this one, i can't do anything for you.

He doesn't have a history of ruining. If it was a bad player who called mid and has a history of failing, then maybe it would be acceptable.

In this situation, even though you did get to mid first, it really doesn't make sense for a bara to lane mid so he made a judgment call here that IMO, was the correct one. I also don't know if what he did is considered bannable. He was put in a lane with another hero that needs farm and two good early game counters top. So he can't really farm. If you let him mid, you guys could easily have ganked sniper any time. After all that commotion, he leaves mid 1 min later so not really ruining anything anyways. When I banned g1mly for going mid after I did, it was because g1mly has a history of feeding and ruining mid. If a good player believes that it makes more sense for him to mid because bara is better suited to charge and help other lanes, then why should he be banned for a good suggestion?

Because of the lack of good players remaining, eliminating another one severely lowers the quality of gameplay here. This is another one of those judgment calls where even though he did dodge, I don't believe the initial ban was warranted and even then, it's not like he is dodging to ruin games. Of course, it's still your decision since he did dodge but I don't see the point in penalizing someone who isn't a ruiner. He just wants to play. Just call a truce here and move on.

@lex- stop spaming appeals for nothing come on, all your answer doesn't concern the appeal.
@astros i totally agree that's why in my answer you can read "i don't want to let you banned" and "im ok to unban you" but check his answer, it makes no sens, i gave him one day ban just to let him think a bit about his behavior, it wasn't a problem for me to let him mid at start, but he can't come withotu asking me when i am lvl 3 and already mid (+ perma spaming chat with provocation).
If he asked nicely an unban he would be unbanned long ago, the problem he just dodged and he is still not trying to act with some manners here.

nothing else to said? @tiggins as i said, it was a symbolic 1 day ban to let you understand that you have to change some behavior in games and you can't decide everything.
The one year ban is also to make you udnerstand you can't dodge a ban.
