Any further thoughts: Straightforward ban. At the very beginning, kunkka blatantly says he won't play and moves his character throughout the game to keep from being kicked, only reaching level 5 in the end. After his blatant and obvious refusal to play, I call a votekick, but only 1 player on sentinal votes to kick. If these players on sent who won't kick an obvious game ruining player don't get some sort of ban, then clearly the rule for not kicking game ruining players is just a superficial thing and really should not be put on the list of rules.
