Ehh...you were both arguing, according to chat. You could of just stopped talking to him or done the !ignore command. I'm not going to ban someone over just talking shit. If he game ruined by destroying items/massing couriers/map hacking, then I would ban. Try to put in requests that are more directed towards the actual ruining of the game, instead of someone just raging at their keyboard. Denied.
