he first tked me in top right when I claimed the base, began buildling and he moved in at the same time. I said fine, if you're here, DB, and he said no, and began to TK me, which i returned. Later, after that base died, I went to bot left and made a base. During this time he began killing my seeds and then teleported into my base and TKed my 2nd base.

Dude pinging doesn't count towards claiming a base. you actually came AFTER my walls were being built to that base was already claimed by me no matter what u say. I didn't want u in my base so that's y I removed ur stuff but u insisted on killing my stuff so ya after titan comes and killed all my shit and u tp away I do the same thing to you if that's the problem then we should both be banned for tking but I orginially killed ur stuff because u were in my base and I didn't want u there

If a player pings a seed and/or a base it does NOT mean they have the rights to that seed and/or base. The first unit that has the ability to build (includes any builder/summoner, excludes nature's workers) to the seed and/or base has the rights to it. Tk'ing will result in a time ban.

however citrus is right, pinging doesn't count for anything, which is clearly said in the rules. if citrus created his walls and you built in his base afterwards, and he does not want you in his base he has a right to remove your buildings, and you are not allowed to do anything to him.
however in the end, you both tked each other, you should both be banned for
